You know about speakers corner in Hyde Park, London? During Democracy Alive we have our own. It’s a proper ‘soap box’, as the Dutch call it. It is situated opposite the paviljon of Texel. Everyone is invited to stand on it and share their opinion. About whatever you want. Europe, democracy, safety, the future, something closer to home, whatever it is you want to express yourself about.
